Sherry Gaertner-Tibbets

A resident since 1981, I began my real estate career in 1984 in new home sales. In 1989, few people realized that all agents represented only the seller or understood Buyer's Agency. In an effort to end this inequity, I opened Scottsdale's first Exclusive Buyer's Agency, taught classes to Realtors, and created enough media excitement to be on every news channel and major news publication in the valley. In 10 years, Scottsdale has gone from 2% of buyers being represented to 92%!!!

Today I own a full service Real Estate Company, specializing in North Scottsdale's luxury golf properties. Effortlessly guiding our buyers and sellers through the confusing, frustrating details of transferring real estate and memberships, is our passion. Our past clients are our passkey to our future. We have sold more than $110 million worth of golf properties in just the past nine years.

Heleen has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years.  A native of The Netherlands, she moved to the United States in 1983. She began her career in real estate in Washington D.C. in 1987 and became an associate broker and co-owner of a highly successful real estate firm there. She worked as managing director of the sales force and property management division, while also actively selling real estate throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

In 1997, Heleen purchased a house in Scottsdale, moved here permanently in 2001 and has worked as an associate broker in the local real estate market since that time. In addition to her extensive real estate background and expertise in the local market, Heleen is fluent in Dutch, German and French and can therefore support international clientele.

Besides real estate, Heleen enjoys playing tennis, hiking, swimming, yoga, travel and reading.
